Our Sheets and Towels

We’ve done the research so you don’t have to!

We understand that providing comfortable and high-quality linens is essential for your vacation rental guests. That’s why we’ve carefully selected the specific type of sheets we use in our service, ensuring a great experience for your guests while maintaining a great value in terms of cost to you.

Our chosen sheets are designed with a strategic balance of key features.

  • Cost-Effectiveness: We recognize the importance of managing operational expenses. These sheets offer excellent durability and longevity for their price point, allowing us to provide a high-quality service without unnecessary costs to you.
  • Quick Drying: Efficiency is paramount in our laundry process to ensure a timely turnaround for your linen needs. These sheets are specifically chosen for their ability to dry quickly, helping us streamline our operations and get fresh linens back to you promptly.
  • Stain Resistance: Vacation rentals experience a high volume of use, and unfortunately, spills and stains are common. Our sheets are made with stain-resistant properties, which helps to maintain their appearance and extends their lifespan, ultimately helpingĀ  keep our costs low to you.
  • Breathability: Guest comfort is a top priority. These sheets are designed to breathe well, promoting airflow and helping to regulate body temperature for a comfortable night’s sleep, especially during hot, summer nights.
  • Thread Count: Marketing efforts have led consumers to believe that higher thread counts automatically mean better sheets. However, factors like the type of cotton used, the weave of the fabric, and the finishing processes are far more significant in determining the overall feel, durability, stain resistance, and breathability of the sheets. We’ve prioritized these more impactful factors in our selection to ensure a superior product for your guests, rather than solely focusing on achieving an artificially high thread count.

Thread count isn’t everything…

Don’t mistake thread count as the most important factor in a vacation rental sheet. Marketing gurus have pushed the myth that the higher the count the better. Instead you’ll want something that breathes, is flexible, dries fast, resists stains, looks nice, and is inexpensive to replace when needed.

Our recommendation for the Bear Lake rental market is:

  • Thread count between 150 – 250
    • Breathes well for hot summer Bear Lake nights
  • Percale Weave Pattern
    • Soft, flexible weave that will last
  • Cotton/Polyester Blends
    • Dries quickly
  • White colored
    • Makes stain removal easier
  • Color-coded sizing
    • Colored thread in the hem makes identifying sizes quicker
  • 10″ pocket fitted sheets (we also advise against deep pocket mattresses)
    • This size best fits the most common mattress and is wrinkle-free

If You Buy Too HIGH of Thread Count

  1. Expensive
  2. Permanently stains easier
  3. Traps sweat – guests complain
  4. Dries slow – cleaners waste time waiting

If You Buy Too LOW of Thread Count

  1. Feels cheap
  2. Fibers are rougher
  3. Tears easier
  4. Needs to be replaced often
